Sign a card you were invited to

Someone on your team started a card and wants your message on it. You don’t need an account or a password.

Signing

1. Open the invite email and choose the link, or open the shared link someone posted.
2. Write your message. Add a photo, a GIF or a sticker if you like, and pick a handwriting style and ink.
3. Choose Sign [name]’s card. Your note is on the card.

Private notes

If the card is going straight to the recipient’s email, you can tick Private note: only you and the recipient will read it. The organiser and other signers won’t see it. If the organiser is delivering the card themselves, private notes aren’t available.

Changing your message

Your invite link is personal. Come back to it to edit your message, until signing closes or, if there’s no closing date, until the card is delivered. Please don’t forward it.

Didn’t get an invite?

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from TeamRally Cards. If it isn’t there, ask the person who made the card to choose Resend next to your name, or to send you the shared link.

“This card is no longer collecting messages” means signing has closed or the card has been delivered.
