When the card arrives

You choose a delivery date and the recipient’s timezone. The card is emailed to them at 9am on that date, in their timezone, not yours. A colleague in Sydney isn’t woken at 3am by a card scheduled from Lisbon.

Sealed until the day

Until the delivery date, the recipient’s link refuses to open. If someone forwards it by accident, they see that something is coming, not what’s inside.

No date yet?

Leave the date blank and the card stays open for signing until you decide. When everyone has signed, either set a date on the card’s page or choose Deliver now.

Delivering it yourself

Choose I’ll deliver it myself if you’d rather hand it over: in a meeting, on a shared screen, or in your own message. Use Copy reveal link on the card’s page when you’re ready.

When you deliver a card yourself, the signers and you can read one another’s messages, so private notes aren’t available. Private notes need the card to be emailed straight to the recipient.

Changing the date

On the card’s page, change the date, or clear it to stop automatic delivery. Clearing the date also clears the signing deadline.
