Create an invitation

Go to cards.teamrally.app/invitations and pick an occasion: a leaving do, a retirement party, a team dinner, a birthday, a baby shower and more.

Set it up

1. Choose a cover. Each occasion has its own designs, including quiet ones for a memorial.
2. Add the details: title, date and time, and where: in person, online (add the video-call link), or both. The note field is for parking, dress code and what to bring. It shows on the invitation page; emails carry only the title, time and your name.
3. Decide what to ask: whether guests can bring someone (and how many), and whether to add a bring list (salad, dessert, drinks) that guests pick from when they reply.
4. Confirm your email with a six-digit code, as with cards.

Send it

• By email: add your guests’ addresses and each gets their own invitation.
• By link: turn on the share link and paste it in a group chat, or show the QR code. See Guests and RSVPs for who the link lets in.

Your guest list

The invitation’s page shows who’s coming, who might and who can’t, plus their guests, the bring list and a dietary summary. You can resend someone’s invitation, remove a guest, or Cancel this event, and guests are told.

An invitation holds up to 100 guests, free. If you need more room, say so on the invitation’s page.
