Invite people to sign

There are two ways to get people onto a card, and you can use both on the same card.

Personal email invites

On the card’s page, under Signers, type email addresses (separated by commas) and choose Send invites. Each person gets their own email with a private link. Nothing to forward round a group chat, and nothing that can reach the recipient by accident.

Next to each name you’ll see where they are:

• invited: the email went out
• opened, not signed yet: they’ve looked but haven’t written anything
• signed: their message is on the card

Choose Resend next to anyone who can’t find their email.

A shared link and QR code

Under Shared signing link, choose Create shared link and QR code. Anyone with the link can sign without an email invite. Post it in Slack or Teams, or put the QR code on a slide.

If the link travels further than you meant, Replace link (the old one stops working) or Disable link.

Email invitees and people signing through the link share the same limit: 100 signers per card. Your own message doesn’t count.

Reminders before signing closes

If you set Signing closes (optional), anyone you invited by email who hasn’t signed yet gets a short reminder three days before and one day before. Twice at most, and only those two.

No closing date means no automatic reminders; you can still use Resend.
