Manage a card you made

Everything below happens on the card’s page. Find it from the link in your emails, or under My cards.

Hide a message

You moderate your card. Choose hide on any message to remove it from what the recipient sees, before or after delivery. Messages are also filtered for profanity automatically.

Private notes

When a card is emailed directly to the recipient, a signer can mark their message private: only they and the recipient can read it. Private notes are hidden from you on the card’s page and in your preview. That’s on purpose.

Edit your own message

Choose Edit your message on the card’s page. Signers can edit theirs from their own invite link until signing closes, or until delivery if there is no closing date.

Delete a card

Choose Delete this card, on the card’s page or in My cards. Its messages are deleted too, and everyone who wrote one is told the card was cancelled. This can’t be undone.

A card that was never sent and has gone quiet for 30 days gets a reminder email. If nothing happens, a final notice follows at 60 days and the card is deleted a week later. Opening the card keeps it. More in Privacy and your data.
