For guests

Open the invitation from your email or the link and tap going, maybe or can’t. No account. To change your answer, open the same link again.

Every invitation has add to calendar for Google, Apple and Outlook. If the host changes the time or place, you get an email.

You’ll get at most: the invitation, a confirmation when you reply, and a note if something changes. Every email has a link to stop them.

The share link (for hosts)

The share link is off until you turn it on. Then choose who it lets in:

• Anyone with the link: they join the list when they reply.
• I approve each person: people ask to come, and they’re on the list once you approve them.

If a link travels too far, Replace link; the old link and QR code stop working. The link also closes when your list is full.

Dietary and accessibility needs

Guests share these only by ticking a consent box. Only the host sees them, guests can remove them at any time, and they’re deleted 30 days after the event.
