Send one card to a list

When you want to thank a group of people separately, not have a team sign one card, use Send it to a list.

How it works

1. Pick a design, choose Send it to a list, and write one message. Use the name placeholder shown on the page to greet each person by name.
2. Add the list: upload a CSV or paste it in. Name and email are required. Two optional columns:
   • Message replaces your message for that one person.
   • Timezone (like Europe/London); blank means yours.
3. Check the preview. It shows what one person would read.

Each person gets their own card at their own email, with their name on the front, at 9am in their timezone.

Limits and safeguards

• Up to 25 people per send, and two list sends a day.
• Cards go out one to two minutes apart, not in a burst.
• We check the list for addresses that look wrong or have bounced before. If several cards fail to deliver, we pause the rest and tell you.
• Every card has a link to stop cards from you, which also works with Gmail’s and Outlook’s unsubscribe button. It only stops your cards.

A list send carries one message, from you. It isn’t signed by a team. For a card the whole team signs, make a group card for that one person.
