Privacy and your data
Where the data lives, what we never do with it, how long cards are kept, and how to have your data deleted.
The short version. The privacy policy and the GDPR page are the full ones.
Where it lives
The service, its database and your cards run on servers in Germany; uploaded images are stored in the EU. TeamRally is run from Hamburg under the GDPR.
What we never do
- No ads, anywhere, including on the card the recipient opens.
- We don’t sell personal data or share it with ad networks.
- We don’t use your messages to train AI.
- No tracking cookies, so there’s no cookie banner.
How long things are kept

Deleting your data
- A card you made: delete it yourself from the card’s page or My cards.
- Anything else, or everything: write to hello@teamrally.app from the address the data is attached to, and we’ll act on it.
